Two moulding lines with automated mitre saws and V-nail joiners, running kiln-dried hardwood and veneered MDF.
Paint shop
In-house spray line with Pantone matching, three-stage colour control under D65 light, and low-VOC finishes for the EU market.
Aluminium line
6063-T5 profiles cut, anodised or powder-coated, and assembled with spring-clip backs up to A2 size.
QC and export packing
Inline inspection every two hours, AQL 2.5 final inspection, ISTA drop tests, and kraft corner guards as standard.
