What we customise

Six dimensions of customisation

Any size in inch or metric, from 4×6" up to 70×100 cm.

Pantone matching on painted lines; anodising samples for aluminium.

New moulding profiles made from your drawing or a physical sample.

Foil stamp, screen print or engraved plate on the backing board.

Your colour box, barcode, insert and language, retail ready.

Glass, acrylic or PS glazing; sawtooth, D-ring or wire hanging.

How it works

1 0 – 2 days

Send a sketch, reference photo or competitor sample. We return a cross-section drawing within 48 hours.

2 3 – 12 days

Cut, joined, finished and glazed on a short-run line that mirrors mass production.

3 13 – 19 days

Samples shipped by courier with a colour draw-down under D65 light. BOM is frozen on sign-off.

4 20 – 45 days

Inline inspection every two hours; you receive production photos at each gate.

5 Final week

AQL 2.5 final inspection, ISTA drop tests, kraft corner guards as standard.

6 Door to door

FOB Ningbo / Shanghai as standard; EXW, CIF and DDP quoted on request.

Commercials

Tooling cost for a brand-new moulding profile is quoted separately and amortised at volume.
